We’re beyond thrilled to announce that MIXX165’s Farm to Table Mixtape Dinner is back for its third year! This annual tradition has quickly become one of our most anticipated evenings of the year—a celebration of food, music, and community. It’s a night where we honor the agricultural roots of Champaign County, showcase the incredible bounty of our local farms, and gather around the table to share a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience.
If you’ve joined us before, you know these tickets don’t last long—and for good reason. Each course is carefully crafted by our chefs to highlight seasonal ingredients from right here in our community. From farm-fresh produce to locally raised meats, every plate tells the story of the farmers, growers, and artisans who make Champaign County so special.
And because no mixtape is complete without the perfect soundtrack, this year we’re thrilled to feature Columbus-based musician Joey Hebdo—known simply as Hebdo. With his unique “Adventure-Folk” sound that blends indie rock, vintage Americana, and cinematic flair, Hebdo’s live performance will set the perfect tone for an unforgettable night.

Course One: Soup & Salad
Tuscan Chicken Soup – A hearty, creamy blend of chicken from Women That Farm LLC, sweet potato, sun-dried tomatoes, beans, and aromatic vegetables. Rich and rustic, it’s the perfect way to warm the evening.
Pickled Salad – A colorful medley of tangy, seasonal pickled vegetables sourced from Oaks and Sprouts and Seth’s Produce. Bright, crunchy, and refreshing.
Course Two: Appetizer
Ohio Sushi – No Fish! – A playful, Midwestern twist on sushi: tenderized flank steak from Women That Farm LLC wrapped around squash, corn, and jalapeños, all encased in smooth duchess potatoes. Familiar flavors reimagined in a bold, new way.
Course Three: Entree
Bone-in Pork Chop – Succulent pork from Oakview Farms, paired with a savory apple-berry stuffing that balances sweetness and spice. Served alongside golden, crispy red skin medallions for the perfect finish.
Course Four: Dessert
Layered Pumpkin Spice Cake – Spiced just right and finished with seasonal flair, this dessert brings the evening full circle with autumn comfort in every bite.
