There’s something special about gathering around a table, sharing a great meal, listening to live music, and celebrating the community we call home.
Join us at MIXX165 on Monday, November 9th at 6:00 PM for our Farm to Table Dining Experience—an evening inspired by the agricultural heritage of Champaign County and the people who make our rural communities such a special place to live, work, and gather.
This year, our culinary team is bringing a German-inspired four-course menu to the table. Expect hearty flavors, classic dishes, and a little MIXX165 personality throughout the evening.
The Evening's Menu
Course One — German Salad Sampler
A selection of traditional German-inspired salads to begin the evening.
Course Two — German Soft Pretzel
A warm German-style soft pretzel served with beer cheese and a variety of dipping sauces.
Course Three — Pork Tenderloin Schnitzel Medallions & Käsespätzle
Tender pork medallions prepared schnitzel-style and paired with rich, comforting German käsespätzle.
Course Four — German Chocolate Cake
German chocolate cake served with ice cream and berry Rote Grütze for the perfect finish.
Live Music from Flat Water Guide Service
Dinner is only part of the experience.
We'll be joined by Flat Water Guide Service, featuring Travis and Kyle. With roots in Madison County, these gentlemen know how to deliver the kind of memorable, fun-loving live performance that feels right at home alongside a great meal and a room full of friends.
Our Farm to Table Dinner has always been about more than what's on the plate. It's about slowing down for an evening, enjoying the company around you, and recognizing the agricultural traditions that have shaped Champaign County for generations.
